  2. Share the role of the coach with teachers and administrators
  3. Data collector - determined by individual districts; PDE prefers coach is NOT the data collector wants an administrator to be the data collector

Teachers who are participating has not been determined?
  1. That is not the coach's responsibility
  2. Try to have the CFF team to meet this issue and decisions; through information to the team and let them know what you have to do--get Embedded Learning course started--that way the team will make the decisions
  3. Coach's goal is to deliver information to teachers
  4. Get a copy of the grant, if possible
  5. Have to know who the teachers are in order to complete the Site Readiness Checklist
